Hello Monroe County. My name is Chelyn (Shell-een) Shaw, and I am running for School Board District 5.

I am a long time Key Largo resident and a mother of three and a grandmother of seven—four of whom are or have been Monroe County students. I don’t just talk about education; I have lived it as a mom, a student, a 30-year teacher, and a volunteer.  I look forward to bringing the values the founders of our great nation held dearly, Conservative Christian Values to the decision making processes for our children.
